Who is responsible

Oriental Lotus Hospitality Solutions Private Limited, No. 12, Ground Floor, 9th Block, Central Street, Kumara Park, Bengaluru 560003, Karnataka, India. CIN U55101KA2022PTC167132, GST 29AADCO9155E1Z7. Questions about anything on this page go to info@olhs.in.

What the enquiry form collects

When you send an enquiry we receive your name, your email address, and whatever else you choose to fill in: your property or company, phone or WhatsApp number, property type, room count, what you are looking for, and your message. Only the name, email and message are required.

We use it to answer you and to prepare a quotation. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it goes

Every enquiry is saved in our own content system so a message is never lost, and a copy is emailed to our sales team through an email delivery service. Those two places are the only ones it reaches.

A logo or label design you upload in our dispenser configurator is sent only if you send the enquiry. It is kept on our own server, not on a public page, and the email to our team carries a private link to it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we are in contact with you and for our ordinary business records afterwards. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Cookies and measurement

This site sets no advertising cookies and nothing that follows you to other sites. Your browser stores one small value so the opening animation plays once per visit, and it disappears when you close the tab.

Website statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) count visits without cookies and show how many people visit and from which country.

To understand what hotels are interested in, our own server also notes, for each page viewed: the page, the site you came from, the kind of device, and which organisation or internet provider runs the network you are on, with its city (looked up in DB-IP’s public database). Your IP address itself is not stored. It also notes a few actions on the site, such as building a dispenser in the configurator, uploading a logo, or tapping our WhatsApp, phone or email links.

So that we can tell when someone comes back, our server sets one cookie of its own, olhs_v: a random code, kept for 180 days, that is never shared and is not used on any other site. If you send us an enquiry, what you looked at on this site before writing is added to it, so we can answer you properly. Visitors in the European Union, the European Economic Area, Switzerland and the United Kingdom are not given this cookie. These notes are kept for 90 days and seen only by OLHS. Browsers set to send “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” are left out entirely, and you can delete the cookie at any time in your browser’s settings.

Your choices

Write to us and you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Tell us to stop contacting you and we will.
